Privacy Policy — Ehliyet Cepte

Enes Kayıklık ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Ehliyet Cepte mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Information We Process

When you use Ehliyet Cepte, the App may process:

• Practice and exam progress such as attempts, selected answers, results, and wrong-answer reviews stored on your device
• App settings including notification preferences and local usage counters (for example daily free exam allowance)
• Purchase status to determine Remove Ads / unlimited exam access, processed through RevenueCat and your app store
• Advertising identifiers when ads are shown (native ads during practice and rewarded ads for extra exam credits), processed by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
• Device notifications for optional local study reminders you enable in Settings

We do not require you to create an account. We do not sync your personal progress to our servers. We do not use location services.

Local Storage

Progress, answers, settings, and purchase status are stored locally on your device using Room. Uninstalling the App removes this local data.

Content Sync

To keep exam content up to date, the App downloads published questions, categories, exams, media, and remote configuration from our content backend (Supabase). This sync does not upload your personal progress or identity.

Third-Party Services

The App may send data to the following services to provide core functionality:

Each third party has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their terms. Ads are not shown during mock exams.

Data Retention

Data stored on your device remains until you clear it in the App (where available) or uninstall the App. We do not retain copies of your personal progress on our servers. Content catalogs may be cached on device for offline use.

Children's Privacy

Ehliyet Cepte is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because most personal progress stays on your device, you can remove local data by uninstalling the App. For privacy requests, contact us at eneskayiklik@gmail.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
