Enes Kayıklık ("we", "us", or "our") operates the WeatherPath mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Information We Process

When you use WeatherPath, the App may process:

• Location coordinates you select on the map or from your device, used to calculate routes and fetch weather forecasts
• Route data such as waypoints, checkpoint names, distances, and saved route titles
• Purchase status to determine Premium access, processed through RevenueCat and your app store

We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect advertising identifiers, analytics profiles, or personal contact information unless you email us for support.

Local Storage

Saved routes are stored locally on your device using Room. This data is not synced to our servers.

Third-Party Services

The App sends data to the following services to provide core functionality:

Data Retention

Route data stored on your device remains until you delete it from the App or uninstall the App. We do not retain copies on our servers.

Children's Privacy

WeatherPath is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because most data stays on your device, you can delete saved routes in the App or uninstall the App to remove local data.
